- Approved Purchasers Only
Wholesale products are strictly available for purchase by verified professional salon businesses. Products must only be sold to salon clients and are not intended for general retail or third-party distribution. - No Third-Party Resale
The resale of products to other businesses, including but not limited to retail stores, other salons, or professional wholesale distributors, is strictly prohibited. - Salon-Affiliated Online Sales Only
Products may only be sold online through the approved salon’s official online store, provided the salon is a professional and operating business. - Prohibited Independent Online Sales
The sale of products via third-party online platforms, standalone e-commerce stores not affiliated with a professional salon, or any other non-approved digital channels is not permitted. - Breach of Terms
Any breach of these terms may result in immediate termination of wholesale access, and further legal action may be pursued where applicable.
